Project Management Course - Essentials
Course summary:
This gives much more than the fundamentals – it is a course designed to demonstrate the entire project life cycle from startup to completion in an interactive, case study based workshop over two days.
Designed to meet the needs of part-time or “accidental” project managers, the course provides a good overview of project management as presented in the Guide to the Project Management Body of Knowledge (PMBOK® Guide) in a palatable and high level format without unnecessary detail.
The course is presented in a practical and interactive format, with face-to-face delivery in public courses in the Sydney CBD. In house delivery is readily available on request, both for regional, interstate and international delivery.
Comprehensive course materials are provided, including reference book, printed slides, case study and sample solutions to case exercises. Attendees receive a free booklet containing basic planning templates. Bonus templates and videos are provided online on our E-learning pages.
